Stéphane Schaal has been a sustainable development advisor at the CHU de Québec–Université Laval since 2020. He oversees the organization’s environmental strategy and project implementation. With a master’s degree in land use planning, he has over ten years of experience in project management. He focuses on waste management, eco-responsible care, and continuous improvement. His goal is to position sustainable development as a tool for overall performance, an indicator of relevance in the service of the mission of care and organizational sustainability.
