Dean Martin is Vice President Finance, System Partnerships and Corporate Financial Officer (CFO). An accomplished executive leader, Dean has held senior positions, including Executive Vice President Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer at Unity Health; Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Trillium Health Partners; and Vice President Finance and Support Services at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. Dean brings vast experience leading financial and health sector strategy, planning and operational excellence. He is an effective team builder who motivates high performing and collaborative teams across complex health portfolios.
As Vice President Finance, System Partnerships and CFO, Dean will be responsible for building our corporate financial management strategy and leading operational excellence and stewardship of hospital financial resources. He will provide leadership and build strategic partnerships across Finance, Strategic Sourcing, Joint Department of Medical Imaging, Laboratory Services and Facilities.
Dean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Brock University, a Master of Health Administration from the University of Ottawa. He is also a Certified Healthcare Executive (CHE), Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
