Patrick has led numerous supply chain development projects in Quebec’s healthcare system, as well as decision support system initiatives in the international aerospace industry. With his skills and knowledge, he headed a logistics department where innovation, human management, and data mastery were at the heart of his mandate.
Since 2022, Patrick has taken on the new challenge of supporting the CHUM in its shift toward carbon neutrality. Driven by the values of sustainable development, he leverages his ability to collaborate with teams to develop a coherent and inclusive approach. Guided by a long-term vision and unwavering determination to protect the environment, he is working to implement a comprehensive strategy to reduce the organization’s carbon footprint by ensuring that specific actions are taken, all with the goal of guaranteeing a more sustainable future for our planet, one step at a time.
