Mélanie Girard is Deputy Director General at the Centre hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal (CHUM), where she heads the Deputy Director General’s Office for Performance and Digital Strategy. Mrs Girard has extensive experience in strategic and operational management and helps guide work related to performance, technological innovation, and the organization’s digital transformation.
While chairing the CHUM’s carbon neutrality strategy committee, Ms. Girard also supports continuous improvement initiatives and the involvement of patient partners in governance.
