Arianna Cruz is Director of Special Projects for the Sustainable Clinical Services team at Vancouver Coastal Health. She has over eight years of experience leading strategic initiatives across surgical and clinical programs, including Learning Health Systems and Value-Based Health Care, with a focus on high-quality, low-carbon, and sustainable care. She completed a two-year secondment with CASCADES, contributing to national portfolios in Quality Improvement, Strategy, and Performance. Arianna is an industrial engineer and holds an MA in Environment, Development, and Peace and a MBA from the University of British Columbia.
