Nathalie Clavel has over 10 years of research experience in management and organization of healthcare services. She has collaborated on various projects including: the design of intensive care units and their impact on the performance of interprofessional teams, the level of nurses’ preparedness during the COVID-19 pandemic, the publication of the carbon footprint of healthcare establishments in France, the implementation of family medicine groups, the implementation of midwifery services, and the appropriateness of care for joint replacement surgery. Dr. Clavel is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Montreal in the School of Public Health, Department of Management, Evaluation and Health Policy.
